Dr. Wongsakulphasatch has over 10 years of experience doing intensive research on hydrogen production and carbon dioxide capture technologies with emphasis on catalyst development (multifunctional catalyst) and process optimization under the concept of process intensification. Prior to joining Global PhD Hub, she worked as an Associate Professor at King Mongkut’s University of Technology, North Bangkok, Thailand, where she led research practice on gas-solid adsorption (H2 and CO2) and liquid-solid adsorption (metal ion in solution) with the focus on porous solid adsorbent development for both batch and continuous systems. Dr. Wongsakulphasatch coupled research data with integrated rigorous process modeling, built-in numerical optimization and extensive sensitivity analysis within Aspen Engineering Suite
She holds a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering and Analytical Science from The University of Manchester, UK and a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from Khon Kaen University. She also was a post-doctoral scientist (MOF synthesis), at Institut Lavoisier, Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France and a visiting scholar at The University of Oklahoma, School of Chemical, Biological and Materials Engineering, Oklahoma, USA.
Dr. Wongsakulphasatch has over 35 papers published in peer-reviewed international journals and a book chapter.
